Here it is. (I had to go through a ton of pointless entries to find it). It's called "It Wasn't Supposed To Be This Way"
And my bad, it's Janson who kills Tycho. (I kill Tycho a lot, so I easily get confused about these things).

I wrote it as a response to a challenge where one member of the Fab Four has to kill another member of the Fab Four.
(And in response to a question I get all the time, the woman in the end is Iella).
